With our new integration with PayPal under way – customers will be able to downsize their pocket baggage to one single item – their smart phones.

Hundreds of cafes, bars and restaurants can now be accessed through the PayPal mobile application, allowing customers to ‘check in’ and pay without cash or card by accessing their PayPal account.

With every 1 in 4 Australian transactions being conducted on a mobile device and over 2 million Australian PayPal users transacted on their mobile – its evident that the hospitality industry would be next. Our recent integration with PayPal in addition to our existing third party partners – Eat Now and Beat The Q enables consumers to pay for orders using PayPal for takeaway, dine-in and even delivery.

“We are really excited about this new innovation as more and more customers are turning to cash free dining this seems to be the next step in payment technology”
– Shannon Hautot, Managing Director of OrderMate.

The process is simple. For takeaway, “order ahead” and skip the line when your in a hurry. When it’s time to pay – just “check in” and pay with your PayPal application. For dine in, don’t wait for staff to give you the bill- utilise the pay@table function on your PayPal app to pay for your bill and simultaneously close it off from the Point of Sale.
