Just simply send your question or request via email to help@ordermate.com.au or log in to our new Online Help desk platform – help.ordermate.com.au and submit your question there.
Once submitted you can track the progress of your query and can receive open dialogue with the support team member attending to your question.
OrderMate’s Online Help desk is also home to a plethora of “How To” guides and videos as well as live forums with other customers using the Online Help desk tool.
