The OrderMate team has been busy working hard at Port Melbourne HQ to develop the most exciting PayPal integration to hit the hospitality market and we are ready to launch.
This is where you fit in.
We need some tech savvy and enthusiastic OrderMate venues to jump on board to the Pay@Table integration. With over 2 million Australian PayPal users transacting on their mobile phone – we think PayPal app is the next big thing.
Statistics suggest that, “on average it takes approximately 12 minutes from the time a diner finishes their meal until they leave the venue”. The PayPal app can help overall customer satisfaction as they can view their bill and pay for it without even leaving the table.
Our integration with PayPal enables a seamless process whereby the customer pays off their bill independently. There is no need to wait to get the staffs attention to then ask them to bring you the bill. Once the customer has successfully completed their payment, the table is simultaneously closed off in the POS.
By tapping into our ever evolving cashless society, this app gives venues the power to turn tables even faster and allow staff to be more productive thus allocating more time improving the customers experience.
